What is the MOQ? Can I order a small quantity to test the market first?

A common approach: order 1,000 with simple custom printing first, see how they sell, then reorder at a higher quantity once you’ve found your footing. Want to check the quality before ordering? Blank or printed samples are available — just ask.

How much do custom printing and molds cost? Are they free?

Good news on both counts. Sampling takes 3–5 days, and the fee depends on how complex your design is — for repeat orders, the sample cost is usually deducted from the bulk payment. As for molds, this box runs on our existing tooling, so there’s no mold fee unless you need a fully custom structure. If you share your design, we’ll confirm any costs upfront in the quote — nothing gets added later.

Can the inner tray fit my cartridge size? What if my product is an unusual shape?

Yes — that’s one of the most common customizations we do. The standard 250g cardboard insert can be made to hold anywhere from 1 to 10 cartridges. If your product is an odd size, send us the dimensions (or mail us a sample), and our structural engineer will design a snug-fit cavity and share the drawing with you for approval before production — no design fee involved.

What’s the production lead time? Can you handle urgent orders?

Sampling takes 3–5 days, and mass production about 12 days after order confirmation. And yes, we regularly handle rush orders — with a daily capacity of over 50,000 pcs, we can push urgent jobs up the queue, which matters during peak season (think Christmas promotions). If you’re working against a deadline, tell us the date and we’ll confirm whether we can hit it before you place the order.

I’m based in the US — do you deliver door to door?

Yes — in fact, that’s how most of our orders ship. We offer DDP delivery, which means freight, customs clearance, and import duties are all handled on our side. You won’t need to deal with brokers or unexpected fees. Express takes around 5–7 days; for larger orders, sea freight brings the cost down further. Share your delivery address and quantity, and we’ll send you one all-inclusive quote — the number you see is the number you pay.
