High-quality lining paper

1、The liner is made from 250gsm food-grade single-side coated paper (C1S). The coated side meets food contact requirements, and the paper is recyclable and biodegradable. With the coated surface facing the product, the liner provides a smooth, clean surface suitable for direct contact with gummies, chocolates, and other edibles — a more sustainable alternative to plastic or foam inserts.

2、Each liner is produced through a standard three-step process: die-cutting to shape, creasing for clean folds, and glue assembly. Adhesives used are food-contact safe. The finished liner sits snugly inside the drawer, holding products securely in place during shipping and handling.

3、The coated surface separates products from the high-density greyboard shell, preventing gummies, chocolates, and other delicate items from being scratched or scuffed.

4、Cavity layouts are custom-tooled per product — 4-count and 10-count single-cavity gummy trays, chocolate divider trays, and pre-roll slots.
