Control during the production process mainly includes: 1. Incoming Material Inspection: Checking and verifying key raw materials such as paper, ink, and composite materials upon receipt. 2. Process Monitoring and Print Color Proofing: Conducting regular sampling inspections and documentation of critical characteristics like print color, registration accuracy, and child-resistant locking mechanisms during processes such as printing, die-cutting, and forming, assisted by professional instruments for color management. 3.
