After the final written confirmation of the sample, the typical production lead time is approximately 8 to 12 working days. This timeline covers the entire process from production preparation to finished product packaging and shipment. The specific duration may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

A standard order typically includes the following key stages: 1. Production file confirmation and material preparation ; 2. Printing and surface finishing (e.g., color printing, lamination, hot stamping, etc.); 3. Die-cutting and forming processes (for different structures such as Lid and Base Boxes, Tuck End Boxes, Child-Resistant (CR) Packaging, etc.); 4. Assembly and quality inspection (including testing of functional points like child-resistant locking mechanisms); 5. Packaging and shipping preparation .
