What is the standard cooperation process with ECCODY?

We follow a clear and efficient standard process designed to ensure every step from concept to delivery is smooth and transparent. The core workflow is as follows:

1. Requirement Communication & Proposal Quotation

We will discuss your product specifications,target market regulatory requirements (e.g., US or EU), budget, and desired outcomes (such as the need for Child-Resistant Packaging or selecting specific box styles like Lid and Base Boxes or Magnetic Closure Boxes). Based on this, we will provide a detailed proposal and quotation including specifications, pricing, and timelines.

2. Design, Sampling & Written Confirmation

For custom projects,our design team will provide structural design (e.g., integrating a child-resistant locking mechanism) and visual concepts, followed by physical samples for you to test functionality and appearance. This phase concludes upon your written confirmation of the sample.

3. Contract Signing & Advance Payment

After both parties confirm the proposal and sample,a formal contract is signed. The advance payment is typically 50% to 100% of the contract value. The specific ratio is determined based on factors such as order value, customization complexity, and production scheduling, and will be clearly stated in the contract.

4. Mass Production & Process Monitoring

Once production begins,we implement our established quality control system, monitoring key stages (such as material inspection, print color proofing, and first-article inspection) to ensure compliance with the confirmed standards.

5. Final Payment Settlement & Shipping

After mass production is completed and passes final inspection,we will notify you to settle the remaining balance, followed by packaging and logistics arrangements for shipment.

6. After-Sales Support

After delivery,we provide necessary documentation support and follow-up to ensure a successful conclusion to the cooperation. A dedicated account manager oversees the entire process to ensure efficient communication and information accuracy.
