Do ECCODY's products come with a quality guarantee or warranty policy?

We guarantee that all delivered products will fully conform to the standards specified in the signed samples or technical specifications mutually confirmed in writing before production. These standards cover specific indicators including materials, key dimensions, print colors, structural functions (such as the operating force of child-resistant locking mechanisms), and physical performance (like load-bearing capacity).

Our quality assurance is implemented through a process that spans the entire order cycle. Before production, standards are clearly defined and confirmed. During production, control is maintained through incoming material inspections and sampling checks at key process points (e.g., testing the fit of lid and base boxes or the closure function of magnetic closure boxes). Before shipment, a final inspection is conducted to ensure consistency between the bulk goods and the confirmed standards.

If any individual product is found to deviate from the confirmed standards after receipt, we will proactively communicate with you based on the contract terms and actual circumstances, and negotiate a solution, such as arranging replacements or handling the matter as agreed. We believe that full-process control based on clear standards and proactive after-sales response constitutes the practical fulfillment of our commitment to product quality.
